Shandong Gaomi Huateng Precision Casting Co., Ltd., established in January, 1999, is located at No.one, Wenchang Street, Gaomi city, Shandong province, east to Qingdao city, a famous seashore city, west to Weifang city, an international kite capital, adjacent to Jiaoji railway and Jiqing expressway, about 60 km from Qingdao airport.
Our company is the first one of introducing silicasol technology and using investment casting method to produce all kinds of precision casting in China. It has three sets of advanced production lines which annual production ability reaches up to 1,450 tons. Now it employs 300 workers with five casting engineers, three quality engineers, five senior management talents and over 150 technical backbones which have many years of working experience.
All of it's equipments are introduced from Taiwan. Three production lines are worth 6.3 million RMB Yuan. It has two sets of advanced Optical Spectrum Analyzers scuh as ARL3460 Optical Spectrum Analyzer worth 1.2 million RMB Yuan exported from switzerland which is the most advanced one in the world and electro-optical direct reading Spectrum Analyzer worth 3.7 hundred thousand RMB Yuan exported from Germany.
Our company was certified ISO9000 international quality system authentification. During daily management, quality control is the main content in production and service. Casting materials are many kinds of metals such as stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel and tool steel and so on. The standard is according to international GB, Japan JIS standard, USA AISIĦ˘ACIĦ˘ASTM standard, German DIN standard and British BS standard and so on. Casting components are cntrolled by Spectrum Analyzers mentioned above. Analyse components before casting. When only chemical components of metal liquid are in accordnce with the requirements, casting can be done.
